Our Elio armchair is inspired by both modern and traditional silhouettes. We wanted to design a shape that exposes the key parts of its structure and provides a simple canvas for the upholstery to do all the talking. The inclusion of a traditional camelback detail also softens the structural aesthetic. Both seat and back cushions are filled with luxurious feather-wrapped foam. The foam retains the structure of the shape, while the feathers provide the ideal plumpness. Featured here in our embroidered Raphia fabric in Clay, made with 100% cotton. Unser Sessel „Elio“ ist sowohl von modernen als auch von traditionellen Silhouetten inspiriert. Wir wollten eine Form entwerfen, die die wesentlichen Teile ihrer Struktur freilegt und eine schlichte Grundlage bildet, auf der der Bezugsstoff voll zur Geltung kommt.
